**In the event of any rain or weather before or during our tournaments, MYAA will do everything possible within reason to make sure the fields are playable and safe. If we determine that the fields are not playable or safe for all participants and we have to cancel/postpone games, then the following will apply:
Free Tournaments (Tball, IB, LCYBL Championships, etc):
Games will be postponed/rescheduled as needed to complete the tournament (including during weekdays if necessary).
Paid Tournaments (10u, 12u, 14u, etc):
Games will be postponed/rescheduled as possible on the same weekend (we reserve the right to move games to any date/time on that weekend as necessary to accommodate our schedule). If any games have to be canceled, our refund policy will go as follows.
If weather causes an entire tournament to be cancelled and/or a team plays no games, that team will be given a full refund/credit of their registration fee for that tournament (credits are good for one calendar year from the end date of that canceled event).
If a team plays one game in a tournament and the rest of the games are cancelled, a refund/credit of 50% of that team's registration fee will be given (credits are again good for one calendar year from the end date of that scheduled event).
If a team starts their second game of the tournament, there will be no refund/credit.
If any team voluntarily withdraws during a tournament, they also forfeit their registration fee.
If a team backs out less than 30 days before the tournament, there is no refund/credit.
If a team backs out more than 30 days before the tournament, they will get a full refund/credit.
