Mountville Baseball has a long and successful history at all age groups and our experienced coaching staffs focus heavily on player development at all skill levels.

Mountville Baseball started in 1954 and is 1 of the 23 organizations in the Lancaster County Youth Baseball League (LCYBL). The LCYBL has 3 skill levels (section 1, 2 & 3) at each age group (14u, 12u, & 10u) and the league consists of over 180 teams from the Lancaster County area. We drive our coaches to develop athletes mentally and physically at all levels to prepare them for wherever their athletic career may lead them in the future. We love to see our Mountville athletes transition from youth sports to the high school and put their talents to use (in baseball or other sports).

In the past 10 years (2016 thru 2025), Mountville Baseball teams from all the various travel baseball age groups and skill levels have won 29 League Championships and an additional 23 teams finished as the Championship Runner-Up (we have captured over 36% of the league championships during those years). The true measure of our success though, are the countless athletes that have transitioned to the high school and been successful (not only in baseball, but in various sports) with the foundation that we helped them build.

Any child who lives in the Hempfield School District is eligible to register for Mountville Baseball.

Thank you for considering Mountville Baseball for your player and family! Mountville Baseball has a long and successful history at all age levels and our experienced coaching staffs focus heavily on player development.

Any child who lives in the Hempfield School District is eligible to register for Mountville Baseball.

Mountville Baseball is part of the Lancaster County Youth Baseball League.

Mountville Baseball Offers:

• Winter Workouts at the 14u, 12u, & 10u levels
• Spring Travel Baseball programs at the 14u, 12u, & 10u levels
• Spring IB (Instructional Baseball) program
• Spring Tball program
• Fall Travel Baseball programs at the 14u, 12u, & 10u levels
• Fall IB (Instructional Baseball) program
• Fall Tball program

Winter Workouts are held for the 14u, 12u, & 10u Travel Baseball levels (for 4 weeks prior to the travel player evaluations) to help players prepare. Please come join us and allow your player(s) an opportunity to sharpen their skills before evaluations!

The 14u, 12u, & 10u Travel Baseball programs are geared towards older players but we have teams at each age level that can accommodate any level of experience (even first time players). The Travel Baseball program focuses on both winning and player development. The IB (Instructional Baseball) program is primarily geared towards beginner players between 6-9 years old and focuses on player development. The Tball program is primarily geared towards beginner players between 4-6 years old and focuses on introducing players to the basics of the game of baseball.

Baseball Registration Dates:

• Spring Travel Baseball registrations start on November 7, 2025 and end on January 18, 2026
• Spring IB/Tball registrations start on November 7, 2025 and end on February 22, 2026
• Winter Workout registrations start in November and end in January

All registrations will need to be completed through our online portal. If you wish to register a player after the posted deadline, please email us at [email protected] to request any available openings at your players age level. MYAA can NOT guarantee openings at any age level after the registration deadline.

All players/parents will be contacted by their Head Coach AFTER registrations have ended AND teams have been selected. Please allow a few weeks for teams to be divided and coaches to be selected. No team/player placements will be communicated until after all teams at that age level have been finalized.

MYAA will NOT offer any refunds after a registration has been completed, no exceptions.
