MYAA is deeply saddened to hear of James “Neil” Herr's passing and our condolences go out to his family and friends. Neil was a a big supporter of Mountville Youth Athletic Association (MYAA) and a huge part of the Mountville Community Service Foundation (Froelich Park), he will truly be missed.
